Job summary

MCS Group, partnering with a leading Northern Ireland hospitality group, seeks a Newly Qualified Accountant to join their Ballymena finance team. The role offers exposure to a market-leading hospitality business with a clear career progression path towards senior leadership.

The successful candidate will report to the Group Finance function and own the monthly accounts, reporting packs, cash flow forecasts, KPI reporting, budgets, and stakeholder partnerships from day one.

Qualifications

• Newly ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or Equivalent.
• Open to practice or industry background.
• Strong IT skills.
• Strong communication & stakeholders management skills.

The Role
