The Company

This market leading manufacturer in the chilled food division supplies a wide range of delicious products. They are now seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to join their customer focused team.

The Role

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be a vital member of a dynamic NPD team, creating a range of products from concept to launch. You’ll understand customer needs, create concepts matching their briefs, and incorporate new trends within this fast-paced market.

You’ll help prepare costings to ensure products are within the budget and work with internal teams to certify product quality parameters.

Monitoring competitors’ ranges, you’ll conduct market reviews to identify development opportunities that contribute to the company’s success.

The Person

Proactive and passionate food graduates with experience as a Senior Technologist or NPD Manager are encouraged to apply. You should aim to develop your NPD and customer management skills within the chilled sector.

Proven track record of developing products for brand, retail, and food service customers is preferred. Excellent presentation and project management skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, are essential for working closely with internal teams to drive projects forward.
