The Company

This market leading manufacturer in the chilled food division supplies a wide range of delicious products. They are now seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to join their customer-focused team.

The Role

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be a vital member of a dynamic NPD team, creating a range of products from concept stage to launch. With an understanding of your customers’ needs, you’ll create concepts that match their briefs while taking them to the next level by incorporating new trends within this fast-paced market.

You’ll help prepare costings to ensure products are produced within the agreed budget, as well as working with internal teams to certify products meet quality parameters.

Keeping an eye on competitors’ ranges, you’ll conduct market reviews to identify areas of development that can contribute to the company’s success.

The Person

Suitable for a proactive and passionate food graduate with experience as a Senior Technologist or NPD Manager, looking to develop NPD and customer management skills within this innovative chilled sector.

Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record of developing products for brand, retail, and food service customers. Excellent presentation and project management skills are crucial, along with strong interpersonal skills, as you’ll work closely with internal teams to drive projects forward.
