The Company

This market-leading manufacturer in the chilled food division supplies a wide range of delicious products. They are now seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to join their customer-focused team.

The Role

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be a vital member of a dynamic NPD team, creating a range of products from concept to launch. With an understanding of customer needs, you’ll develop concepts that match briefs and incorporate new trends within this fast-paced market.

You’ll help prepare costings to ensure products are produced within budget and work with internal teams to certify products meet quality parameters.

You’ll also conduct market reviews, monitor competitors’ ranges, and identify areas for development to contribute to the company’s success.

The Person

We are looking for a proactive and passionate food graduate with experience as a Senior Technologist or NPD Manager, eager to develop their NPD and customer management skills in the chilled sector.

Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record of developing products for brand, retail, and food service customers. Excellent presentation and project management skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, are essential as you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to drive projects forward.
