The Company

This market-leading manufacturer in the chilled food division supplies a wide range of delicious products. They are now seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to join their customer-focused team.

The Role

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be a vital member of a dynamic NPD team, creating a range of products from concept to launch. You’ll understand your customers’ needs, create concepts that match their briefs, and incorporate new trends within this fast-paced market.

You’ll help prepare costings to ensure products are produced within the budget and work with internal teams to certify products meet quality standards.

You’ll also monitor competitors’ ranges and conduct market reviews to identify development opportunities that contribute to the company's success.

The Person

Ideal candidates are proactive and passionate food graduates with experience as a Senior Technologist or NPD Manager, eager to develop their skills in NPD and customer management within the chilled sector.

Proven experience in developing products for brand, retail, and food service customers is preferred. Excellent presentation and project management skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are essential for working closely with internal teams to drive projects forward.
