Job summary

Priory Tudor House, Northamptonshire, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the launch of a new residential addiction service. You will become the CQC Registered Manager, responsible for safe, effective and compliant operation at Tudor House.

The role is full-time, on-site at Tudor House, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £55,000–£65,000 depending on experience. You will build a brand-new service and establish standards, governance and a robust team culture for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within addiction or substance misuse services.
• Proven track record as a Service Manager, or equivalent senior operational leader, within a regulated care, treatment or specialist service.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding, governance and quality standards.
• Experience of leading multidisciplinary or specialist teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including working with external professionals and partners.
• Clear commitment to person-centred, recovery-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of this therapy-led residential service, creating a safe, supportive and high-performing environment for clients and colleagues.
• Hold overall responsibility for quality, regulatory compliance, safeguarding, workforce and operational performance, working closely with the Therapy Lead and wider leadership team.
• Take ownership of the service’s commercial performance and development, including staffing, occupancy and budget control, while building strong relationships with commissioners and partners.
