Job summary

Athona Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead the launch and development of a new residential addictions service in Nottingham. This role offers the chance to shape a service from the ground up and build a strong team culture while delivering safe, recovery-focused care.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure CQC regulatory standards, and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes for clients. Salary £55,000–£65,000 DOE, full-time, on-site.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in addiction, substance misuse or recovery services.
• Senior leadership experience within a regulated care or specialist service.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding and governance.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary or specialist teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience as a CQC Registered Manager or working with commissioners would be advantageous.
• Professional registration or a relevant qualification in addiction, healthcare or social care would be beneficial.

Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to lead the launch and development of a brand-new residential addictions service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, establish a strong team culture and take overall responsibility for delivering safe, effective and high-quality, recovery-focused care.

As the Registered Service Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of a therapy-led residential service, working closely with specialist colleagues to deliver excellent outcomes for people accessing treatment and support.

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 DOE
Position: Registered Service Manager
Hours: Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week
Setting: Residential Addictions Service
Location: Nottingham

Your key responsibilities will be;
