Priory is recruiting a Registered Service Manager to lead Horizon House in Nottingham, a new residential addiction service. You will become the CQC Registered Manager and ensure safe, compliant operation and strong outcomes from day one.

The role focuses on building a high-performing team, securing occupancy and budget control, and delivering our Flourish programme in a therapy-led setting designed for recovery. A track record in regulated care is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a regulated residential care or treatment service.
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and governance.
• Proven ability to build and develop multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the residential service to ensure safety and high performance.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, safeguarding and budget control.
• Drive occupancy, staffing and financial performance while engaging external partners.
