Job summary

Priory Tudor House in Northamptonshire is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a brand-new residential addictions service. You will become the CQC Registered Manager with overall responsibility for safe, compliant operation in a therapy-led setting.

The role involves launching Tudor House, managing staffing and occupancy, and delivering high-quality, person-centered care within a structured recovery program. On-site, full-time hours with a strong leadership focus.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within addiction or substance misuse services.
• Proven track record as a Service Manager or equivalent senior operational leader in a regulated care or treatment setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the therapy-led residential service, ensuring a safe, supportive and high-performing environment for clients and staff.
• Hold overall responsibility for quality, regulatory compliance, safeguarding, workforce and operational performance.
• Manage commercial performance including staffing, occupancy and budget control, while engaging with commissioners, referrers and partners.
