Job summary

Savills is seeking a driven Sales Negotiator at Associate level to join the Midlands team in Birmingham. A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar property role is required, with a focus on new-build developments and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role involves five days a week, including some Saturdays, with potential time off in lieu for launches. This is an excellent entry point into a global real estate firm, offering team collaboration and strong development

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a similar property role.
• Experience with new-build developments is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential developments across the West Midlands, principally Birmingham city centre and surrounding areas.
• Conduct viewings with prospective purchasers, handle buyer enquiries, negotiate and secure sales.
• Maintain strong client and customer relationships, and coordinate marketing initiatives to drive sales performance.
• Support long-term team targets and contribute to market growth.
