Job summary

Savills in Birmingham is seeking a driven Sales Negotiator at Associate Director level to join our Midlands team focused on new homes and development sales. You will manage a portfolio of high-profile developments and drive revenue across the West Midlands.

The role requires 3–5 years’ property experience, exceptional client service, and the ability to work five days per week (including Saturdays) with occasional Sundays or evenings for launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar property role.
• Experience with new-homes or luxury developments preferred.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-profile developments in the West Midlands.
• Conduct viewings, respond to buyer enquiries and negotiate sales.
• Collaborate with Head of Team and colleagues to drive marketing initiatives.
