Job summary

U and P Recruitment Ltd is seeking a motivated New Homes Sales Advisor for a residential development in the Dartford area. You will manage the full sales journey from first enquiry to legal completion, delivering a high-quality customer experience and meeting sales targets.

Working hours are Monday, Thursday, Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday-Sunday 11am-5pm, with Tuesday and Wednesday off. You will liaise with solicitors, advisers, and the site team to ensure timely exchanges and smooth completions.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Able to work collaboratively with sales and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual/site sales targets set by management.
• Manage customer relationships through the sales process and coordinate with solicitors, advisers, and stakeholders.
• Support customers post-completion with defect reporting and handovers.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to drive sales performance and ideas.
