[Client] is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to guide customers from enquiry to reservation across Canterbury, Sittingbourne and Ramsgate. You will deliver exceptional service, build relationships, and achieve personal and team sales targets in a target-driven environment.

Applicants with new homes sales experience or related customer-focused sales backgrounds will be considered. Weekend availability, full UK driving licence, and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused sales environments and a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to follow up enquiries, build relationships and close reservations.
