Job summary

U and P Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our client’s team in Dorset. You will be the first point of contact for customers, negotiate sales details with purchasers, and drive to other developments to cover appointments.

A strong background in property or estate agency and at least 2 years’ fast-paced experience are essential. You will manage the sales process through completion, provide outstanding customer service, maintain a professional image, and

My Client is a Large house builder looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in the Dorset area. You will be offered a generous salary and a great commission structure plus mileage. If you come from an property or estate agency background and want to get into new homes this could be a great move for you.

The ideal person will need at least 2 years' experience working on fast placed development or working within estate agency

• You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all customers, have excellent communication and provide outstanding customer service.
