Job summary

Bloor Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join the South West region, based in Gloucestershire/Worcester (SN25 4DL). You’ll be the first point of contact for homebuyers, coordinating reservations and ensuring buyers understand financial/legal aspects of the purchase.

You will liaise with solicitors, estate agents and lenders, maintain product knowledge, progress prospects, and help purchasers reach their goals within company policies. A full driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of sales in the new house building market.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Proven Sales Skills and effective negotiation skills.
• Able to recognise key buying signals.
• Positivity and target driven with good self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product, local information, competitors and our USPs, using it professionally.
• Ensuring health & safety and PPE requirements are observed on-site.
• Initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up visitors, updating prospects in CRM.
• Taking reservations and initiating paperwork with speed and accuracy, explaining financial and legal aspects to purchasers.
• Ensuring timescales are met by proactive contract and completion progression to targets.
• Building relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks and valuers; liaising with the Financial Advisor.
