Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an energetic property sales assistant with experience in new build developments. You will engage with website and walk-in inquiries, conduct viewings, and guide customers through show homes.

Ideal candidates have at least a year in estate agency or new homes sales, understand the local market, and hold a valid driving licence. You will work to targets and contribute to a busy sales team in the East Midlands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property sales experience with an estate agent or new homes developer.
• Stable employment history.
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of the new build market.

Responsibilities

• Respond to initial enquiries on the website and greet walk-in customers.
• Conduct property viewings and show customers around developments.
• Follow up with customers by calling the internal database and updating records.
• Inform Sales Management of any offers and developments.
• Work towards and strive to meet sales targets.
