Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Leicester is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their growing team on site.

You will build rapport with customers, conduct property viewings and explain pricing and upgrade options, while keeping the CRM system up to date and coordinating with construction and progression teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of property sales experience, with new build sales experience desirable.
