Fawkes & Reece Group in Nottingham is recruiting a Sales Negotiator to join a brand new site development. You will work on the showhome, greet buyers, qualify leads and present the development features.

You will handle customer queries, maintain records, coordinate with construction and admin teams, and update the CRM with progress and appointments.
