Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a New Homes Sales Negotiator for a Derby-based development. You will handle website enquiries, greet walk-ins, conduct property viewings and progress sales, updating the internal CRM as needed.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of property sales experience, a valid driving licence, and solid knowledge of the new build market. You will be expected to work toward targets within a motivated team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to initial enquiries on the website and walk-in customers.
• Conduct viewings and show the customer around the development.
