Job summary

Taylor Wimpey in Weston-Super-Mare seeks a role responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience to all parties involved in purchasing a new home, and for ensuring sales meet targets to maximise business profit.

You will own the purchase process from first contact to move-in, act as the purchaser's reference point, and bring strong housing sales experience, exceptional customer service, self-management, and a full driving licence. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in housing industry.
• High levels of self-management.
• Exceptional customer service skills & sales excellence.
• Full driving licence and ownership of a car.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchase process.
• Becomes the reference point for the purchaser and all interested parties from first contact through move-in.
• Promote and facilitate use of mortgage brokers and solicitors to meet purchasing deadlines.
• Ensure administrative and reporting requirements are met on time.
• Conduct market research, price benchmarking, advertising and events to provide a healthy sales pipeline.
• Proactively search for target customers and create appointments; follow-up leads to meet targets.
• Escort customers to their new home, ensure familiarization and aftercare post move-in.
• Ensure health and safety on site in line with policy.
