Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join a brand new site in Maidstone. If you are currently working in New Build Sales and seeking a fresh challenge, this role offers a hands-on opportunity on a prime development.

You will welcome customers, tour the Sales & Marketing suite, provide information about the development, and maintain strong links with the construction and administration teams. You’ll also update the database and make outreach calls as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Build Sales or similar housing development sales.
• Proven ability to maintain stable employment history.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Dealing with customers and providing excellent customer service.
• Showing customers around the Sales & Marketing suite and giving development information.
• Maintaining strong relationships with construction and administration teams.
• Updating the system and making calls for the database.
