You will drive high-volume Shared Ownership sales, negotiate the best outcomes for the business, and maintain outstanding customer service while coordinating with solicitors, mortgage brokers and advisers; weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property sales with a strong understanding of Shared Ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and professional, personable approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience working with external partners (solicitors, agents, advisers).
• Able to meet and exceed sales targets.
