Job summary

Clarion Housing Group (Latimer) is seeking a New Homes Sales Executive in Leeds to manage the full sales cycle for multiple developments. You will be the main contact for buyers, guiding them from first enquiry through to completion while promoting our homes and partners, including brokers and solicitors.

The role targets high-volume Shared Ownership sales, with a professional, personable approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Experience in property sales.
• Strong understanding of Shared Ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, personable approach.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process across multiple residential developments from enquiry to completion.
• Be the primary contact for buyers and guide them through the purchasing journey.
• Promote homes and services, including those offered by mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Record high-volume sales of newly built Shared Ownership homes and negotiate for best outcomes while delivering excellent customer service.
