Additional Resources Ltd is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to join a residential housebuilder. You will manage the full sales process from enquiry to completion, conduct viewings, and drive plot sales with minimal support. Travel to development sites and a valid driving license are expected.

The role offers £28,000–£32,000 with benefits and an on-site working arrangement. This is a permanent, full-time position designed for someone with proven New Homes sales experience and a track record in

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in New Homes sales or for a new-build residential property developer.
• Experience handling the full new homes sales process from reservation through to completion.
• Background managing sales at a new-build development or site with minimal support.
• Strong understanding of plot sales, reservations, sales progression and completions.
• Willingness to travel to the relevant development site(s).
• A valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries from prospective buyers and providing clear information on available properties, pricing and features.
• Conducting viewings and presenting new-build properties to potential purchasers.
• Guiding buyers through the reservation, sales progression and completion process.
• Managing plot sales through to contract exchange and completion.
• Building positive relationships with purchasers and maintaining regular contact throughout the transaction.
• Following up enquiries and leads promptly and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Keeping up to date with local market conditions and competing developments.
• Working with internal teams to support the smooth progression of sales.
