Job summary

Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd is seeking a results-driven New Homes Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Kent region. You'll identify opportunities, present to housebuilders, and secure new homes instructions, building strong developer relationships along the way.

You will manage and motivate a team of site sales consultants, work with the land and area support teams, hit targets and expand services across mortgage advice, conveyancing, lettings and valuations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new homes sales instructions.
• Experience with residential estate agents and developers.
• Kent-based or willing to relocate to the area.
• Strong interpersonal skills with budget-management ability.
• Resilient, driven and goal-focused with a client-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Business generation and presenting to housebuilder clients to secure new homes instructions.
• Liaising with residential offices and developers to grow partnerships.
• Managing, incentivising, and coaching your team of site sales consultants.
• Encouraging and generating leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, lettings and valuations.
• Coordinating with the area new homes support team for marketing and sales administration.
• Problem solving and influencing outcomes to meet targets.
• Working towards set targets and collaborating with the land team.
