You will coach and develop Sales Executives, run daily sales meetings, and ensure high standards of customer experience while managing departmental budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a New Car Sales Manager or similar role within the motor trade.
• Strong track record of achieving sales, profit and KPI targets.
• Excellent coaching, leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong understanding of automotive finance and the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach and develop the new car sales team.
• Run effective morning sales meetings and set daily objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
