Perfect Placement UK Ltd. is seeking a New Car Sales Manager for a Cheltenham dealership to lead a dynamic sales team, deliver exceptional customer service and drive profitable vehicle sales. The role is hands-on, with a focus on coaching, performance and showroom leadership.

You will manage end-to-end sales activities, maintain stock and presentation standards, and drive finance/insurance profitability while developing the team and local relationships.

• Proven leadership and coaching of sales teams in automotive retail.

• Ability to manage end-to-end sales process from enquiry to delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to meet/exceed targets.

• Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery and maximise conversions.
• Monitor stock, showroom standards and vehicle presentation.
• Deliver strong finance and insurance performance and profitability.
• Recruit and coach team members to support progression.
• Build community relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Produce accurate reports and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership on the showroom floor.
