Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager for a leading main dealer in Basingstoke. You will lead a busy sales team, drive strategies to hit and exceed targets, and deliver outstanding customer service across a dynamic retail environment.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with an OTE, weekend flexibility, and a company car. You will report to senior management and have clear progression opportunities within the dealership group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed
• Knowledge of the Basingstoke automotive market is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the dealership's car sales team to meet and exceed targets
