LSH Auto, a leading Mercedes-Benz dealership group in the UK, seeks a New Car Sales Manager to drive performance and lead a high‑performing team. You will shape the sales approach and deliver premium customer experiences while achieving strong commercial results across the dealership.

Lead a showroom team, develop strategies, manage stock and pricing, and partner with finance and brand contacts to maintain Mercedes-Benz standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of new vehicle sales processes, automotive finance products, and sales compliance.
• Experience using Kerridge and Enquiry Max.
• Proven ability to analyse sales performance data and adjust sales strategy.
• Experience leading teams and managing customer relationships in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new car sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Develop sales strategies to increase new vehicle volume and profitability.
• Oversee stock availability, pricing, and promotional activity for new vehicles.
• Ensure an excellent customer journey from enquiry through vehicle handover.
• Track sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve results.
