You will drive monthly revenue, develop strategies to grow new-vehicle volume and profitability, oversee pricing and promotions, and ensure an excellent journey from enquiry to handover while collaborating with senior leadership and finance partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in automotive sales.
• Strong knowledge of new vehicle sales processes and finance products.
• Experience using Kerridge and Enquiry Max.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new car sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Develop sales strategies to increase new vehicle volume and profitability.
• Oversee stock availability, pricing, and promotional activity for new vehicles.
• Ensure an excellent customer journey from enquiry through vehicle handover.
• Track sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve results.
