New Business Sales Executive - Sponsorship Sales – Business Development – Digital Event Solutions

£30,000 - £34,000 PLUS fantastic uncapped OTE (£75,000 Yr1), with excellent benefits including holidays, all bank holidays, and opportunities for growth, personal, and professional development. Located at our London HQ, working for a worldwide digital events company aiming to double in size by 2027. Start date: May - June 2025.

Role Overview

We are seeking new business sales professionals to work in digital event sales across three sectors. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and closing vendors to sell or pitch their solutions to pre-selected potential customers. Our monthly digital round table events make this a lucrative opportunity for both clients and vendors, with significant earning potential through commissions. This is a transactional sales role with quick closes, typically 2-4 deals per month.

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a new business hunter in events, sales, or sponsorship
  • Hungry, driven, motivated B2B event or sponsorship sales professionals
  • 100% Business Development mindset, hands-on approach
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a dynamic sales and leadership approach
Opportunity Details

This is a new business sales role focused on sourcing companies with solutions for other businesses, presenting these solutions, and building your own sales team. You will generate video sales meetings to pitch intermediary solutions that enable your clients to sell their offerings.

Deal sizes range from £10,000 to £50,000, with renewals up to £120,000. You will arrange virtual meetings for your clients to connect with up to five other businesses needing their solutions. These virtual sales pitches are ongoing, with monthly opportunities for companies to sell solutions into other organizations. You will act as the enabler, intermediary, and fixer.

Your role includes setting up digital pitches and virtual events for your clients to showcase their solutions.
