Job summary

Cornwall-Staff-Agency-Ltd in the UK is seeking a New Business Sales Agent to join a growing team. This hybrid role covers office days in Liskeard and remote work from home; you will handle inbound enquiries and make outbound sales calls to promote broadband services across Cornwall and Devon. Salary £13.25 per hour, 37.5 hours per week.

Contract is temporary to permanent, with start date to be confirmed. Three days in the Liskeard office (Tue–Thu) and remaining days from home, with shifts

We are looking for an experienced Telephone Sales Agent to join a growing team, handling inbound enquiries and outbound sales calls to promote broadband services across Cornwall and Devon.

• Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound sales calls.


• Manage warm and cold leads, converting opportunities into sales.


• Build rapport with customers and confidently explain broadband products.


• Handle objections and work towards sales targets.


• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

About You

Working Arrangements

• Three days per week in the Liskeard office (Tuesday–Thursday) – essential.


• Remaining working days from home.


• Rotational shifts between 9am and 7pm.


• Later shifts can be worked from home.


• A suitable home-working environment is essential.


• Full-time only; part-time applications cannot be considered.

Salary and Contract

• £26,227 per annum after first 3 months


• Initial three-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
