Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder of ARCO

About ARCO

ARCO is a fast-growing Swedish digital agency born from the merger of two top Nordic firms. We specialize in TikTok-first creative, performance marketing, and media buying. Our mission is to bridge the gap between brands and the ever changing media landscape. After initial success in the UK market, we’re now opening our first international office in London—and we’re looking for the person who will lead new business in the UK market.

The Role

As our New Business Manager in the UK , you’ll play a key role in accelerating our growth in the UK market. You’ll be responsible for identifying, reaching, and securing partnerships with leading brands. You’ll build our UK pipeline from the ground up and help establish ARCO as the go-to agency for performance-driven brands looking to win on TikTok and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Lead ARCO’s new business efforts in the UK with a focus on mid- to large-sized D2C brands
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across different business verticals
  • Book and run outbound meetings and represent ARCO in pitches, events, and networking functions
  • Collaborate closely with our creative and media buying teams in Sweden to align pitches with what we can deliver
  • Work with founders and leadership to shape the UK go-to-market strategy
  • Use HubSpot to track prospects, manage follow-ups, and report on KPIs
  • Contribute to the development of UK market positioning, outreach assets, and playbooks
  • Help set the foundation for ARCO’s future London office
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a marketing or creative agency
  • Proven track record of winning and closing deals with SME’s
  • Strong network in the UK direct-to-consumer space
  • Confident in pitching creative and media solutions
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset – you’re comfortable building from scratch
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to London
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with TikTok or short-form video-focused campaign
  • Knowledge of creative production, performance marketing, or influencer marketing
  • Previous role at a creative or performance agency
