Job summary

The role focuses on developing a personal pipeline, adding introducers, advising on quotations, and ensuring client coverage aligns with needs while maintaining compliant practices. A competitive base salary plus bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Commercial Insurance sales or broking.
• Ability to build and manage a personal new business pipeline.
• Experience advising on quotations and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Developing a personal pipeline of new business
• Adding new introducers to your network
• Advising clients on New Business Quotations, coverage requirements and renewals
• Working with clients to expand and develop their coverage
• Liaising with the broking and support team to ensure documentation is accurate
• Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases
• Ensuring income and retention targets are achieved and maintained
• Collaborating with management to achieve business objectives and develop colleagues
