Qualifications

• Solid grounding in commercial and insurance with exposure to main commercial insurance products.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and use standard office software.
• Experience handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and client quotations.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products
• Managing a book of Commercial Clients
• Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels
• Growth with New Business
• Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
