Job Description:

New Business Sales Executive – Cisco Solutions | £50,000 - £65,000 Base + Double OTE | London

This role is 100% focused on new business. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in sales, ideally within Cisco or related networking solutions. Experience in cold calling and successfully building your own pipeline is essential.

Are you a natural hunter and closer looking to build out a sales desk? Do you have experience selling Cisco/networking tailored IT solutions and a drive to meet targets?

We work with an established Cisco partner solution provider, specializing in mid to large enterprise clients. They have an ambitious team of around 30 employees and have recently strengthened their sales team with a senior hire focused on strategy. The ideal candidate is a hunter and a closer.

The Role:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities
  • Adopt a hunter mentality
  • Build strong client relationships and close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and expand market presence

What We're Looking For:

  • A sales-driven mindset with a passion for winning business
  • Experience joining a cold desk and building a sales pipeline
  • Experience in IT sales with Cisco solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to grow within a scaling company

Package:

  • OTE: Double base
  • Hybrid: 2-3 days on-site in London

This role isn't for everyone. We need someone with a proven track record of hunting and closing business from a cold desk and selling Cisco/networking tailored solutions.
