Studio B are looking for a spectacular New Business Development Executive to join our team full-time in London!

Who you are:

We’re on the hunt for an ambitious, high-energy New Business Executive to join our team and help drive our next phase of growth. This is a creative sales role, focused on bringing in new business, opening doors, building relationships, and landing exciting new brand and agency partners. You’ll work directly with the Production and Creative teams to develop knockout pitches and help take Studio B to the next level.

This role is for someone who loves chasing leads, building relationships, and making things happen — fast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own new business outreach – prospecting, emailing, calling, social media outreach, and turning cold leads warm.
  • Identify new opportunities – track trends, target sectors, and identify exciting new clients.
  • Craft amazing pitches – collaborate with Production to turn ideas into pitch decks that actually get read.
  • Drive the sales cycle – from first contact to closing, with full support from our senior team.
  • Network like a pro – researching and attending industry events, webinars, and mixers to represent Studio B and grow our client base.
  • Build real relationships – be the friendly, smart, proactive first impression that gets clients hooked on working with us.
  • Stay on the pulse – update our CRM, track progress, and share wins (and learnings) with the team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience winning new business in a creative, media, or production setting.
  • Solid understanding of content, digital, and the creative/marketing industries.
  • Self-starter energy – you know how to hustle, and can work autonomously.
  • Excellent communicator – confident on email, in meetings, and in front of clients.
  • Well-connected – you're not afraid to open doors and chase leads.
  • Strategic mindset – you’re not just chasing numbers; you know how to spot real value for Studio B.
  • CRM-savvy – ideally you’ve used tools like Apollo, Monday.com or similar.
  • Creative Culture – work with some of the boldest creatives in the game.
