Job summary

Pelion is seeking an Account Executive – New Business to join our commercial team. This UK-based role, hybrid/remote, focuses on opening new logos and building a pipeline from first outreach through to close.

You will learn the product, market, and sales process before actively hunting and managing net-new opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and handover to Account Management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Account Executive-level experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to prospects.
• Resilience and persistence in a hunter role.
• Curiosity about technology; IoT connectivity exposure is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for and open net-new logos with outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events).
• Run discovery calls and product demos to understand needs and position Pelion's connectivity solutions.
• Own new business deals through to close, transitioning to Account Management and Customer Success.
