Job summary

LSL Property Services plc — PRIMIS Mortgage Network is recruiting a New Build Relationship Manager to lead developer relationships across the Midlands. You will manage key accounts, drive growth, and act as product ambassador within the group’s AR partner network.

The role supports hybrid working, with potential split between mortgage advisory duties and dedicated New Build RM responsibilities. Base salary £40,000–£45,000 DOE, with OTE up to £60,000, and equal opportunity employer commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic relationship management and business development within a mortgage / new build environment.
• Relationship builder able to open doors at all levels.
• Mortgage/new build industry knowledge is essential.
• Full driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Plans Owning and maintaining strategic account plans for assigned clients.
• Relationships building and sustaining relationships with developers.
• Contract growth retaining and growing existing contracts while optimising commercial value.
• Business development leading new business development activity across multiple routes to market.
