Job summary

NRG Resourcing Limited, a specialist financial services business operating exclusively in the UK new build property sector, is seeking a Field-Based Business Development Manager to manage builder and introducer relationships across the South of England.

You will work closely with regional sales directors, site teams, and property professionals to become a trusted partner and grow revenue through new opportunities and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or Relationship Manager.
• Exposure to new build, property, mortgage, financial services or developer sector.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with builders and introducers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with regional/independent housebuilders.
• Build relationships with regional directors, managers and site teams.
• Deliver presentations and attend industry networking events.
• Drive introducer engagement and maximise referral opportunities.
• Utilise CRM system to manage pipeline activity and BD initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service delivery.
• Increase self-generated business and contribute to growth strategy.
