LSL Property Services plc, via PRIMIS Mortgage Network, is seeking a New Build Relationship Manager for the South Coast. You will own and develop key developer relationships within the Mortgage and Protection Business Development Team, driving growth and commercial value.

Hybrid role options exist; base salary £40,000-£45,000 DOE with an OTE up to £60,000. You’ll need a full driving license and a proven track record in mortgage/new build relationship management.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in strategic relationship management within mortgage/new build environments.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and open doors at all levels.
• Mortgage experience in the new build sector is essential.
