Fernhill Neurological Centre in Farnborough, Hampshire is seeking a Rehab Assistant to support adults with complex neurological conditions in rehabilitation and daily living. This role blends care, therapy support and companionship to help individuals gain independence.

You will work with residents, families and a multi-disciplinary team, following personalised care plans and helping people develop skills, confidence and participation in activities.

• Ability to motivate and empower people while respecting their choices and independence.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and individual routines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous care experience is welcomed but is not essential.
