Job summary

Inspire Neurocare in the United Kingdom seeks a Rehab Assistant to support adults with complex neurological conditions, helping them gain independence through care, therapy support and companionship. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, following personalised rehabilitation plans and providing emotional support to residents.

• Previous care experience is welcomed but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with complex neurological conditions to achieve greater independence.
• Provide care, therapy support and companionship.
• Follow individual rehabilitation plans and work with the multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
• Encourage participation in activities and therapy sessions.
• Provide social and emotional support to residents and families.
• Help residents work towards personal goals and develop confidence.
