Job summary

Fernhill Neurological Centre in Farnborough, Hampshire, is seeking a Rehab Assistant to support adults with complex neurological conditions, helping them gain independence. You will blend care, therapy support and companionship while working with residents and the multidisciplinary team to follow personalised rehabilitation plans.
