Job summary

Avonfield Neurological Centre in Wellingborough is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team. You will support residents with neurological conditions, lead assessments, plan and implement rehabilitation, and monitor progress with regular reviews.

HCPC registration is required; experience with neuro-rehab and caseload management is essential. You will work within a supportive regional network and have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered and eligible to practice in the UK.
• Experience working with neurological conditions and rehabilitation.
• Ability to develop and monitor care plans with regular reviews.

Responsibilities

• Completing neurological assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Delivering rehabilitation interventions to improve function and independence.
• Liaising with community colleagues for complex discharge planning.
• Supervising OT support staff and students.
• Evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.
• Participating in evidence-based practice.
