Job summary

Priory Highbank Centre is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Neuro-rehabilitation team. You will manage your own caseload in collaboration with MDT colleagues and contribute to patient-centred recovery in a 19-bed facility.

HCPC registration is required, with experience in neurological conditions and a Diploma in Occupational Therapy. The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) and opportunities for professional development within Priory.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Diploma in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Experience in neurological/neuro-rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload within a MDT.
• Carry out OT and neuro assessments to identify patient needs.
• Plan and deliver individual or group interventions.
• Prepare OT reports and attend multidisciplinary meetings.
• Support safe discharge planning in liaison with teams.
• Provide supervision to Therapy Assistants and liaise with external professionals.
