Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to work with adults affected by neurological conditions. You will assess and treat, plan rehabilitation, and work within a multidisciplinary team to enable evidence-based, client-centred care.

The role requires HCPC registration, CPD activity, and involvement in appraisal. You will contribute to service development and deliver training to junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
• Experience in adult neurology & rehabilitation.
• Evidence of CPD activity and appraisal involvement.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and client-centred care.
• Knowledge of stroke care guidelines and long-term conditions.
• Good report writing and IT skills (Word/PowerPoint/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate competencies in OT assessments and treatments for adults with neurological conditions.
• Provide input within the multidisciplinary team and coordinate patient care.
• Deliver client-centred goal setting and outcome measures.
• Maintain CPD portfolio and engage in appraisal processes.
