Job summary

Elysium Healthcare's Avonfield Neurological Centre in Wellingborough is seeking an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and help residents maximise independence and quality of life.

You will manage a designated caseload, perform neurological assessments, and develop evidence‑based interventions with regular reviews, supported by a regional network and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and a passion for neurological rehabilitation.
• Experience managing a designated caseload with outcome measures.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and liaise with community colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform neurological assessments and plan/implement interventions.
• Rehabilitation to improve function and independence with ADLs.
• Supervise support staff and students and evaluate outcomes.
