Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust invites an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to enhance neurodivergent support across Buckinghamshire. The role blends specialist clinical work with leadership, service development and partnership work to benefit children, young people and families in education sectors.

The post includes involvement in neurodevelopmental assessment pathways, expert advice, training and collaboration with education professionals, and supervision of designated team

Qualifications

Registered Speech and Language Therapist with eligible NHS registration.
Experience in neurodevelopmental assessment and partnership working.
Ability to provide leadership and supervise team members.

Responsibilities

Undertake specialist assessments of children and young people with complex needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised management plans.
Provide expert advice, consultation and training across health, education and social care.
Contribute to SEND processes including Education, Health and Care Plans.
Provide clinical leadership and oversee day-to-day service delivery.
