Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Specialist Occupational Therapist to join the Merton Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team in the South West London Division. You will deliver evidence-based rehabilitation for adults with stroke and neurological conditions in the community, helping maximise independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Essential: Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Essential: Current AHP with UK HCPC registration.
• Essential: Post-graduate training in Neurology rehabilitation or equivalent.
• Desirable: Masters level study.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in stroke and neuro rehab.
• Deliver assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for adults with complex neurological needs.
• Develop person-centred rehabilitation plans to support independence and recovery.
• Assist with discharge planning and coordinating services for safe care.
